REASON WHY MANY CITIZEN DON'T WEAR PANT
In recent time (I meant in 2047), climate has gone way up. Heat wave has come and goes every day and as time goes on, so does temperature. Oh yeah, there also nuclear failure happening lately. Not just one but three (though two are currently affected)! It slowly growing out, inch by inch.
While there is no law about this, if anything it literally up to people to wear pants, but honestly, can you seriously live in 100+ degree while wearing blue jean? It reason why there most people who perfer to wear short or just don't wear bottom clothes at all (though you look very stupid, just wear short for fuck sakes).
