COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

These ToS may changes with or without notices, please keep check these often

BY ACCEPTING COMMISSION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE CONDITION:

1. PAYMENT ARE UPFRONT (You can ask for sketch before paying; the moment you accepted the sketch, you must pay in advance)
2. DO NOT ASK FOR FREE COMMISSION; IT WILL BE IGNORED
3. EXPECT 2-4 DAYS OF DELIVERY (may vary depend on offer)
4. I DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT THE COMMISSION (whenever if it don't apply to rules or inappropriate behavior)
5. ALL COMMISSION ARE PERSONAL USES ONLY (Commerical Uses is available under an fee)
6. DO READ THE RULES TO UNDERSTAND WHAT I ACCEPT AND WHAT I WILL REJECT
7. After commission is finished, I normally ask if your commissions can be posted in public or private by your perferred deliver. If public, you can be anonymous or your username to be public.

RULES:

1. SFW, Suggestive and other form of Mature theme is allowed (No Porn)
• Suggestive Theme- ensure the character is 18+ or over (If you have no idea if the character is old enough, it is best to not ask for that)
• Mature Theme - certain parts (such as overdetailed gore or self-harm) will be rejected.
• No Porngraphic Content. This is due to Payment Provider Restriction. Artistic Nudity may get passed but please contact me on this
2. Kemonomimi (animal ears + Tails) and Furry is allowed
3. No Loli/Shota and/or Cub (Aged-up is also forbidden)
4. No gross/disturbing fetishes
5. In terms of Original Character, it cannot be based on real-life appearance.
6. If you want me to draw other people's OC, please ensure that they give you permission to do that. Otherwise, expected it to be rejected.
7. No Political Topic
8. No Harassment against anybody
9. No Mecha

Important to remember:

• All commissions are for Personal Uses only. Commercial Uses is available under a certain add-on.
• Paypal and/or Cards only. Don't ask for other payments (such as Crypto or Gift Card).
• Attempt to profit as NFTs and/or under an Blockchain will result in take-down, even DMCA if possible.
• Patience is important; you can ask politely in terms of progression or sketch but don't try to rush me.
• I do have the right to reject the offers with/without any reason so don't attempt to argue with me as it will not solve anything.
• If you asking for a commission that is not listed in the rules, chances are I may not accept it.
• Don't ask for suggestive commission on other People OC without their Explicit Permission (This will cause them to be rather uncomfortable including me)
